Kevin Parsons, Jr. MHA, (born 1961) is a Canadian politician from Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada. He currently serves as the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Business, Tourism, Culture and Rural Development. Parsons has represented the electoral district of Cape St. Francis in the Newfoundland and Labrador House of Assembly since 2008. A member of the Progressive Conservative Party, Parsons was elected in a by-election on August 27, 2008, following the death of longtime Newfoundland and Labrador House of Assembly and former cabinet minister Jack Byrne. His father Kevin Sr. represented the district from 1986 and 1993.
